How is it possible that that nice, spiritual, intelligent man (my twinflame) has settled for someone who is not really in his heart? He must immediately get the feeling that he is missing something important there?

No. In my opinion it is about the soul mission he has with that woman. As long as it is valid, or runs for him, or has not yet ended, he will (in other people’s eyes) do inexplicable things. That’s just part of it. (Who knows)
