Hi, there are countless signs on this site. I myself have had dozens of them and I have mentioned a number on question no. 383, I have so many (from my birth!) In which signs and houses are Pluto, Venus, and Saturn? Do you have a heavily occupied 4th house? Is the horn / cusp of house 7 also in Gemini? Are you sure you met your twinflame? And what preceded your life? That should also be shown in your horoscope.
